At TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance apparel and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at the warehouse, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
